Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) at Enfield County School for Girls

At Enfield County School for Girls, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is a term which encompasses everything we do to strive for a school that is equitable for all and we are committed to working towards a more equitable society.

As part of this work, our School seeks to be open-minded in identifying and working to remove any barriers that might prevent members of our community from flourishing and engaging with everything that we have to offer.

We value diversity in all forms, recognising the worth of each person in our school community and celebrating the achievements of those around us and those that have been integral in pursuing and promoting the cause of others.

We recognise the crucial value that diversity of experience, thought and opinion brings to our community and make every effort through our identified school improvement priorities, actions and review to demonstrate this.
