Our Y11 Historians having their BEST day at The Operating Theatre, London - an immersive, interactive experience in support of the Medicine In Britain element of their History GCSE. We have lots to discuss back in the classroom!
Having established a strong reputation in the local community in girls’ education, we are proud - year after year - of our examination results, which continually place us above borough and national averages.
We are delighted to share our excellent summer 2025 examination results and congratulate all our students on their achievements. These results are a testament to our students’ hard-work and aspiration and we are so proud of them all.
These successes show that our culture which sets high expectations yet also provides support and care, means that all students can achieve. A huge thanks to all our parents and carers who work alongside our dedicated teachers and support staff. We wish our young women the very best in the next chapter of their education knowing they have all developed the confidence to succeed in future challenges; as our motto says, ‘Onward Ever, Together’.

A wonderful round-up of a year in the life of Enfield County School for Girls' students
Huge thanks to the IRIS Project & Lou Farabella for bringing the stars a little closer to our Year 10 students.
Through a national initiative discovered, our Y10 students were thrilled to take part in the IRIS Club — an exciting weekly opportunity where students explored real astronomical data and analysed spectra from distant stars.
A heartfelt thank you to Lou for running the club over the course of the year, and guiding our students through the challenge. Late last week, we received the final poster showcasing their incredible work — a true testament to their curiosity, collaboration, and scientific thinking.
Well done to all students involved: your exploration of the cosmos is truly inspiring.
Y8, 9 & 10 – PGL FRANCE ADVENTURE
Just back from an unforgettable PGL Watersports adventure to the Ardèche River, France..
- Two epic days kayaking
- 30km of winding rapids
- Sleeping under the stars in bivvies
- A few capsizes (all part of the fun)?!
- One leaky barrel... sorry Ms Green & Ms Hart!
Wild water. Laughs. Adventure. Thank you PGL for adding to our ECSfG memory bank for an unforgettable summer 2025!
Huge congratulations to our unstoppable Year 10 Rounders Team: Enfield Borough Rounders Champions 2025!
Our Y10 team brought energy, skill, and serious determination to every single match – WINNING EVERY GAME!
Well done girls. You made us so proud. What a fantastic way to represent our school.
Huge congratulations to our incredible Year 7 Rounders Team – Enfield Borough Rounders Champions 2025!
We couldn’t be prouder of this fantastic group of athletes who played their hearts out in a fantastic feat of sporting prowess.
Well done Y7s - what a shining example of teamwork and tenacity. You are a credit to the school!
We were proud to present our Big Summer Show 2025, a vibrant exhibition showcasing artwork from students across all year groups. The event celebrated the creativity, skill, and dedication of our young artists, whose work reflected a diverse range of styles, themes, and techniques.
Thank you to all who attended and supported the exhibition. Your presence helped make the evening a memorable celebration of the arts within our school community.
Our intrepid Y9 & 10 DofE students smashed their 16km trek over two days.
Completely self-sufficient — carrying ALL SUPPLIES they needed for the weekend: tents, food, kit, clothes and determination.
No deliveries, no takeaways, no comfy beds and absolutely NO phones. Just pure grit, determination and some serious teamwork.
Students navigated the route using their own orienteering skills, set up camp, cooked their own meals (with some creative recipes along the way), and supported each other through every challenge.
An incredible display of resilience, leadership, and what young people can achieve when they pull together! What an adventure..
..we're not entirely sure what the local flora and fauna made of your trek theme tune: Beyonce's ‘You won't break my soul’ but well done for the (not so) ambient singing - whatever gets you through!
We are SO proud of every single DofE student and can't wait for our next expedition in June 2026!
