Enterprise Cooperative Trust (ECT) – a not-for-profit bringing together schools, employers, and local organisations to create life-changing opportunities for young people – is kicking off a bold new campaign called #EnfieldWorks.

The campaign has an ambitious goal: to create thousands of work opportunities for Enfield’s young people by 2030.

With nearly 1 in 7 young people aged 16-24 in the UK not in education, employment or training (NEET), we believe Enfield can be different and lead the way.

Every young person deserves a clear route into the world of work, and it will take all of us - employers, schools, and local councillors alike – working together to make that happen.

Join us to celebrate the launch of #EnfieldWorks and hear from local employers, schools, and young people themselves already benefitting from key partnerships, opportunities and experiences and find out more about our borough-wide movement and how you can get involved.

Together, we can tackle inequality, promote inclusion, shape future talent and help build a better future for Enfield!
