Parent and Carer Feedback Form
Please see below the text for our Parent/Carer Feedback form that we ask to be completed after each Parents' Evenings. (This can be translated to any language in advance using the 'Select Language' tool in the header at the top of this page).
A hard copy will be provided for all parent/carers at each parents' evening and must filled out by them, and not their daughter.
However, due to COVID-19 restrictions during the academic year 2020/21, this feedback form will be sent out digitally via email to complete online after each SchoolCloud Parents' Evening.
There will be 4 options to tick for each question: Agree, Disagree, Uncertain and N/A.
Your views are important and will enable us to continue to evaluate and review our work in school to provide the best education for your daughter.
