Mental Health Awareness Week

To mark #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and its theme of nature, our girls will be finding out about the positive benefits of nature and the outdoors on mental health and well-being.

There are a bunch of resources and social media accounts we will be sharing throughout this week that champion mental health awareness. Please follow our Twitter @EnfieldCounty and hit the notifcation bell to keep updated.

The Mental Health Foundation Website

Members of Enfield’s Youth Parliament and the Young mayor worked on a short film to destigmatize mental health issues and to recognise the differing impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on young people.  They also share five ways to wellbeing.

Our students are supporting this initiative and are doing their part in ending stigmatization around mental health.
