How to Download the App

1. You do NOT have a SIMS ID 
2. When you register if you use any of the following: Facebook, Twitter, AppleID, Google (Gmail) or Microsoft (office 365) – The login, password and security questions for these 3^rd party providers i.e. their facebook login, password security question will be yout SIMS Parent App details too, so if you change your facebook details you will need to update it when you log into SIMS Parent App.
3. When entering your daughter’s D.O.B it should be in this format DD/MM/YYYY i.e. 22/07/2021
